I pulled a muscle in my hip (self-diagnosed) on April 21 and haven't done any running worth writing about since. This is my first week back. Over the last couple of weeks I have practiced some warm-up and strength training routines that I have added to my training starting this week. I've also tweaked my training plan a little bit after spending some quality time with Training for the New Alpinism by Steve House and Scott Johnston.
Update: I didn't end up running at all this week because the hip injury felt too painful.
