I still haven't been able to run since my hip injury on April 21. I've seen my physio three times in total, including one dry needling session last week. They're pretty sure the injury is caused by my Pectineus muscle being overly tight. I'm stretching the muscle and doing some strength exercises for my gluteus medius to take some of the pressure off of the groin and hip flexor muscles. In the meantime I'm working on meditation, pushups, and core strength.
